I sure got my bang for my buck with this bottle. I thought I’d try something a bit stronger than the 150mgdose. This is double and a bit too strong, so I split it into two which is much better. I take this for anxiety, depression and stress and I feel so much better upon taking this medicine. I do eat healthy, drink lots of water, do yoga and get physical exercise. I have never been able to relieve my symptoms to the extent I have with microdosing.
